We'll start with a chat, by phone or email, followed by a consultation in your home, to help me understand your style and vision for the item. I’ll also inspect the piece to see if any structural repairs are needed.

Choose your fabric
The next step is for you to choose what fabric you’d like for your furniture. I'll guide you through the different options, including textures, colours and patterns, to suit your style and environment, taking into account pets and children. If you’ve already chosen a fabric, that's fine too.

Estimate for the work
I’ll provide a cost estimate, which will include my time, any materials needed to repair and restore the furniture, plus the cost of your chosen fabric. I’ll also confirm how long the work will take.

Once you’ve decided to go ahead we’ll organise a time for me to collect the item. I'd usually ask for the fabric cost as a deposit, at this point.

Bringing your furniture back to life
The upholstery magic happens in my workshop. I'll keep you updated with progress, and deliver your furniture to your home, followed by final payment for the work.
